Deborah Lynn Elrod, 65, of Iuka, Mississippi, died on Thursday, April 20, 2023. She was a very active charter member of Freedom Baptist Church and loved being able to attend whenever she was able. In her free time, she enjoyed traveling. Most of all, however, she loved spending time with her family and friends. Mrs. Elrod is survived by her children, Timothy Stidham (Amy) and Frankie Stidham; her grandchildren, Ethan, Seth, and Patrick Stidham and Morgan Reeves; her sister, Tammy Cohn (Albert), her stepfather, Leonard Gray; her nephews, Joe Cohn (Alisa) and Joseph Cohn (Makayla Richardson), and her niece, Ali Read (Joe). She was preceded in death by her parents, Leroy Long and Pearlie Mae Hubbard. The family extends a special thank you to Bobby and Lesa Elliott, Jodi and Bryan Powers, Mandy and Gary Seekings, and Kayla with hospice for their excellent care. Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka, MS, is entrusted with the arrangements. A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 29, 2023, at Freedom Baptist Church in Burnsville.
