Martha Lee Walker Holman, 90, passed away Monday, October 2, 2023, at her residence. She was born in Dennis, MS, and was a homemaker. She was a member of Tishomingo Baptist Church for sixty years.
Services will be held on Thursday, October 5, at 2 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel, Belmont, MS with Bro. Bobby Cobb officiating. Burial will take place in Tishomingo City Cemetery, Tishomingo, MS, and Deaton Funeral Home, Belmont, MS, will be in charge of arrangements.
Martha is survived by her son, Gary Walker (Kim); step-daughter, Camille Lambert (Mike); granddaughter, Katherine Cook (Josh); step-grandson, Austin Lambert; step-granddaughter, Lindsey Nunley (James); step-great-grandchildren, Amelia Nunley and Jackson Nunley; sister-in-law, Judy Young, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Earl Dean Walker and Travis Norman Holman, her parents, Floyd Percy and Alma Leona Phillips Young, and a brother, James "Jim" Young.
Pallbearers for the service will be Clayton Brooks, Jeff Young, Mike Lambert, Austin Lambert, Terry Dawson, and Brett Young. Visitation is scheduled for Thursday, October 5, from 12-2 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home, Belmont, MS.
