Brenda Faye Taylor Davis, 70, of Iuka, Mississippi, died on Saturday, June 29, 2024, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo.

Brenda was a beautiful soul with an even more beautiful heart. When she loved, she loved big. She loved her family and friends and found a lot of joy in being able to care for them, especially her late husband, Lonnie Davis, Sr. She was always up for an adventure and could make friends with anybody. Her smile lit up the room, and she had an amazing sense of humor. She was also an amazing cook and baker. In recent years, Brenda took up travelling, and cruising became one of her most favorite things to do. When she wasn’t traveling, she enjoyed fishing, gardening, and sewing.

Brenda is survived by her children, Donnie Davis (Carrie), Darla Davis Bullock (Vaden), Jennifer Davis, Debbie Davis, and Lonnie Davis, Jr. (Debra); many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; two sisters, Nancy Boyd (Jerry) and Lisa Harris (Jessie); one brother, James Danny Taylor; and a host of other family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Lonnie Davis, Sr.; her grandson, Jared Bullock; her parents, Frances Faye and O C Taylor; and her brothers, Freeman Deason, Jr. and Jackie Deason.
