A Celebration of Life Service for Barbara Laird, 61 of Corinth, MS, will be Friday, August 16, 2024 at 11:00 A M at St. James Catholic Church with interment to follow in Oak Grove Cemetery in Iuka, MS. Father Mario Solorzano will officiate the service. Visitation will be Thursday, August 15, 2024 from 5:00 P M to 7:00 P M at Magnolia Funeral Home – East and Friday, August 16, 2024 from 10:00 A M until service time at St. James Catholic Church.

Mrs. Laird passed away Tuesday, August 13, 2024 at Magnolia Regional Health Center.

She was born September 2, 1962 in Iuka, MS to Travis Letson and Azline Allred Letson Clark. She was a retired CNA at Tishomingo Manor and a member of St. James Catholic Church. She loved going to church, watching TV and reading.

Barbara is survived by her daughters, Stephanie Hotle (Tony) and Jessica Dixon (Blake); 3 grandchildren, Calvin Hotle, Bonnie Hotle and Mariana Dixon; her sister, Janice Bryson; nephew, Kris Bush; great nieces and nephews, Maddie Bush, Lennon Bush, Keaton Bush and Jordan Ross; great-great nephews, Cooper Lambert and Waylon Bush; other relatives and a host of friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Travis Letson; her mother, Azline Allred Clark; her sister, Paulette Cornelison and her nephew, Jeremy Bush.

Pallbearers will be Kris Bush, Jamie Pruitt, George Allred, Lennon Bush, Cooper Pruitt and Kevin Lovelace. Magnolia Funeral Home has been honored to serve the family of Barbara Laird.
