Rebecca Illeaha Moss, 35, past student at Tennessee Tech, sadly passed away at Cookeville, TN on June 8, 2024. Leaha died from advanced stages of Myasthenia Gravis.
She is survived by her Mother Rebecca Moss of Blanchester, OH (formerly of Iuka, MS), Father John Moss of Nashville, TN, her brother Weston Moss and wife Anna, parents of Avery and Ava, of Pleasant Plains, OH. She is also survived by her Grandfather Leon Bruton of Allsboro, AL, her Great Aunt Sheila Wynn (her second mother), Great Aunt Sharon McBride, all of Knoxville, TN, Aunts Sharon Strickland (Joel) and Debbie Sprouse of Corinth, MS, Glinda Nunley (Larry) pf Iuka, MS, and several cousins.
Rebecca Illeaha and family wish to thank the caregivers, nurses, and doctors who helped her strongly fight the battles that cut her life short. Leaha loved animals, especially her dog Perrin who passed and two surviving cats who were quickly adopted by a friend. Leaha's other passions were cooking and giving food to her friends. She had a very loving disposition toward all people, including her online friends across this country and others, and those struggling with Myasthenia Gravis.
She will be greatly missed by them all.
