Steven Seth McGee, 41, of Iuka, MS, passed away on Tuesday, April 25, 2023, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Booneville, MS. He was born on February 26, 1982. Seth was what some call a jack of all trades. He was the owner of McGee Farms and Pickwick Marine. Seth’s favorite jobs and his biggest accomplishments were being a loving husband to his wife, Brittany, and a loving father to their three little girls, Anna Kate, Milleigh Hayes, and Collins Grace. Seth enjoyed spending every moment he could with his family, whether it was camping, fishing, showing cows, hunting, or at the softball field. He will always be remembered as a family man and the Best Girl Dad ever. He is survived by his wife, Brittany Chapman McGee; his daughters, Anna Kate, Milleigh Hayes, and Collins Grace; his parents, Steven and Vickie McAnallly McGee; his sister, Katelynn Gilliand (Daniel); his grandmothers, Helen McAnally and Betty McGee; his sister-in-law, Anna Whirley (Jonathan); his mother-in-law, Linda Moore; and many other special friends and family members. He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Burt McAnally, and Jimmy McGee. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with the arrangements. Visitation is scheduled for Friday, April 28, 2023, from 11:00 A.M. until 3:00 P.M., at Shady Grove Missionary Baptist Church. Services are scheduled for Friday, April 28, 2023, at 3:00 P.M., officiated by Bro. Jack Whitley, Jr., and Bro. Bobby Casteel. Burial will follow in McGee Family Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jerad Sims, Bennett McGehee, Jonathan Whirley, Jason McMeans, Mike Smith, Michael Smith, Terry Dale Phifer, and A.C. Morgan. Honorary pallbearers will be his nephews, Parker Atkins, Grayson Whirley, and John Grady Whirley, along with Seth’s uncles and cousins.
