GERMANTOWN, TN – Tony Ray Letchworth, 64, passed away Saturday, February 4, 2023 at Germantown Methodist Hospital. He was born in Booneville, Mississippi to James Everett and Ruby Johnson Letchworth. He was a devout Baptist and loved gospel music.
He loved gardening, cooking and canning and MSU Athletics.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, February 7, at 1 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel, Belmont, Mississippi with David Conley officiating. Burial will be in Lindsey Cemetery. Deaton Funeral Home, Belmont, Mississippi will be in charge of arrangements.
He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Patty Letchworth; two children, Brooklyn Letchworth and Blake Letchworth and a host of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; three sisters, Ann Bailey, Sandra White and Martha Stewart and two brothers, Kermit Letchworth and Wayne Letchworth. Pallbearers will be James White, Adam White, Heath Borden, Chris Borden, Jacob Borden and Joey McNutt. Visitation will be Tuesday, February 7, 11-1 at Deaton Funeral Home, Belmont, Mississippi.
