NOTICE TO CREDITORS
Letters Testamentary having been granted on the 29th day of July, 2024, by the Chancery Court of Tishomingo County, Mississippi, to Dustin Smith, Notice is hereby given to all persons having claims against the Estate of Vernon Lee Pounds to present the same to the Clerk of said Court for probate and registration according to law within ninety (90) days from the date of the first publication of this Notice, or said claims will be forever barred. The first day of publication of this notice is the 1st day of August, 2024.
