THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI
TO:James E. Helms
You have been made a Respondent in the suit filed in this Court by the Plaintiff, Lowonda Helms, seeking a divorce or other relief. You are the only Defendant in this action. James E. Helm’s address is not to be found in this State or is a non-resident of this State and not to be found herein after diligent search and inquiry, and the post office address of said Defendant is not known, and whose last known address is not known.
You are summoned to appear and defend against said Petition at 9:00 a.m. on the 1st day of October, 2024, in the courtroom of the Alcorn County Chancery Building at Corinth, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
You are not required to file an Answer or other pleading but you may do so if you desire.
