TO: The Unknown Heirs-At-Law of Omer Alton Adcock, deceased and All Other Persons, Firms, and Corporations Having or Claiming any Legal or Equitable Interest in the Within Described Land Located in Tishomingo County, Mississippi: a portion of PPIN # 3368
NOTICE TO DEFENDANT(S):
You have been made a Defendant in the suit filed in this Court by Omer Glenn Adcock seeking to remove cloud from title and quiet and confirm title to certain real property located in Tishomingo County, Mississippi as more fully described in the Complaint for PPIN number 3368.
Defendants other than you in this action are Doris Adcock, Gaylon Yow, Martha Roberts and Tommy Sheppard.
You are required to mail or hand deliver a written response to the Complaint filed against you in this action to Gregory A. Mitchell, Attorney for Plaintiff, whose post office address is P.O. Box 1220, Tupelo, Mississippi 38802 and whose street address is 105 East Main Street, Suite 201, Tupelo, Mississippi 38804.
YOUR RESPONSE MUST BE MAILED OR DELIVERED NO LATER THAN THIRTY DAYS AFTER THE 22nd DAY OF AUGUST, 2024, WHICH IS THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS SUMMONS. IF YOUR RESPONSE IS NOT MAILED OR DELIVERED, A JUDGMENT BY DEFAULT WILL BE ENTERED AGAINST YOU FOR THE MONEY OR OTHER RELIEF DEMANDED IN THE COMPLAINT.
