TO: Unknown Heirs of Billie Sue Bonds, Deceased
You have been made a Defendant in the suit filed in this Court by the Chancery Clerk of Tishomingo County, Peyton Cummings, Executor of the Estate of Billie Sue Bonds, Deceased seeking the unknown heirs of Billie Sue Bonds, Deceased.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the complaint or petition filed against you in this action at 9:00 o’clock A.M. on the 16th day of September 2024, in the Courtroom of the Tishomingo County Courthouse in Iuka, Tishomingo County, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defendant, a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the complaint or petition.
